Lettuce Wraps

This could be an easy casual night dinner or you could serve it as an appetizer. The hoisin sauce is a must so, if you can't find gluten-free hoisin sauce, I've included the ingredients for Gwyneth Paltrow's gluten-free hoisin sauce recipe from her cookbook, It's All Good.
