Diced Potatoes
Diced potatoes are a family-favourite side dish and a healthy alternative to french fries.
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer or baking sheet with cooking the oven
Ingredients
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1¼ tsp Seasoning Salt
Instructions
- Dice potatoes into ½ inch pieces (you don't need to peel the potatoes first).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with melted butter and seasoning salt.
- If using an air fryer, place potatoes in a single layer on the bottom of the air fryer basket and cook at 400℉ for 10 minutes. Stir the potatoes and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- If using an oven, pre-heat oven to 400℉. Put potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Stir half way through cooking.
