Turkey Meatballs

These meatballs are a crowd favourite – a little sweet, a little savoury and a lot tasty! Serve with potatoes and vegetable or rice and salad for a full meal. Adapted from It's All Good by Gwyneth Paltrow.
Course Main Course
Servings 4

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer or large frying pan/skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. Tamari gluten free
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic or ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ Tbsp. Grated Fresh Ginger or ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Instructions

  • In a medium to large size bowl mix ground turkey, tamari, maple syrup, garlic and ginger.
  • If you are using an air fryer, spray avocado oil to coat the basket.
If you are using a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. oil on medium heat.
Roll the turkey mixture into balls (slightly smaller than a golf ball) and place in air fryer basket or frying pan so the meatballs are not touching (approx 15 meatballs).
  • If you are using an air fryer, spray meatballs with avocado oil. Set air fryer to 400℉ for 12 minutes. Turn the meatballs half way through. Repeat steps for second batch.
If you are using a frying pan, cook meatballs for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, rotating the meatballs every few minutes until browned on all sides. Repeat steps for second batch.
