Slow Cooker Korean Beef
Easy meal to prepare in the slow cooker for those nights you don't have much time to cook. Serve with rice and vegetables/salad.

- 2 lb. Steak
- 1 Cup Beef (or Chicken) Broth
- ½ Cup Tamari gluten free
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar or maple syrup
- 4 Cloves Crushed Garlic or 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Ginger or 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Green Onions
Add beef broth, tamari, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sriracha and onion powder to slow cooker and stir.
Thinly slice steak and add to the sauce in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Whisk cornstarch with ¼ cup of water and add to slow cooker 30 min prior to completion. If slow cooker is on low heat, increase to high heat for the sauce to thicken.
Serve on top of rice and garnish with green onions.
